Taking snaps of a live animal, watching are all completely Haraam

Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Declared, “Taking snaps of a live animal, drawing, retaining and watching are all completely Haraam”. But the ulamaye soo or the religion-mongers, for mere worldly gains, take photographs by themselves and deliver Fatwa on it as a Ja’iz (permissible) act.  Na’oozubillah! That is why ulamaye soo have been cursed in the Hadis Shareef and the Ummah has been advised to keep away from them.


-         Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Alaihis Salaam-

Prime Point of Allah’s attention, Imam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul A’alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh Hajrat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam of Dhaka Rajarbagh Dorbar Shareef said, “Thousands of Hadis Shareef references are there that taking snaps of a live animal and drawing, retaining and watching them are all completely Haraam.”

Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam, referring from Bukhari Shareef, says, ‘Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictates, “Verily, that individual shall have the toughest punishment on the day of ‘Qiyamah (Doom’s day), who draws or takes a picture.” 

Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam, referring from Muslim Shareef, says, ‘Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictates, “Kullu Musawwireen fin Naar”. (Verily, all those taking photographs, or getting it done by others are all hell-dwellers).” Despite having number of clear references from Hadis Shareef, the ulamaye-soo or the religious-mongers, for the sake of achieving small worldly gains, deliver self-made explanations in this regard and try to justify that ‘pictures are a necessity in this age’. Na’oozubillah! Not only that, they make many other kufri (defying) statements regarding photographs.”

Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam says, ‘Regarding the identity and consequences of the ulamaye-soo, it has come in Hadis Shareef, as narrated by Hajrat Anas RwadiAllahu ‘Anhu that, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictated, “Pity on those of My Ummah (who are hell-dwellers), those ulamaye soo or the religion-mongers who use their Ilm (religious knowledge) as a means of earnings and endeavour to get ranks and rewards from the ruling class of their times”. Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Does Curse these people by saying, “Ya Allah Pak! Bless them not in their evil trades those who try to do business with the rulers by (selling) their Ilm.” (Kanzul Ummal)

Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam says, “There are verdicts in Qur’an Shareef and Hadis Shareef against photography. So, advocating in favour of photography means a direct opposition to Allah Pak and Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam! Contradicting THEM, those who shall call a haraam item as Halal, will turn to be sheer apostates. The Shari’ah disposal for apostasy is: three days time is stipulated for doing Tawbah. If he doesn’t do Tawbah within this time, sentence of an apostate shall be applicable to him and he doesn’t get a funeral robe or a burial, but be dumped in a ditch.”
