Allah Declared, “Allah is solely responsible for the rizq (livelihood) of all the creatures living on earth.” Therefore, adopting family planning or birth control measures for fear of lack of food is sheer kufri as per Islamic Shariat. In fact, family planning or birth controls are a deep conspiracy of the jews and christians through which they are relentlessly trying to shrink the Muslim population as well as ruin their characters.
Prime Point of Allah’s attention, Imam and Mujtahid of the age, Imamul Aimmah, Kutubul A’alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee of Rajarbagh Darbar Shareef said, “Some ulamaye soo (so-called scholars but religion-mongers) preach in favour of birth control. Those who speak in favour of birth control often cite the bogus and baffling reference of one Dr. Malthus and say that birth-controls are essential in the present day situation. In fact, that derailed and ignorant priest published An Essay on the Principle of Population, regarding the growing population back in 1798, in which he argued that ‘population will always tend to outrun the food supply; that, after a 100 years, there shall be no space available on the earth’. Exceeding hundred years, it’s been more than even 200 years that the earth is not yet filled, not even a small span of it! Abundant spaces remain empty all over the earth! So it is seen that, Malthus’ statement was fake and funny. Much to the amusement of his critics, since Malthus advocated controlling the birthrate, he fathered five children!”
Mujaddidu A’azam Mamduh Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “Those ulamaye soo or the religion-mongers often refer Ayat Shareef 15 of Sura Taghabun, in supporting the statements of that ignorant doctor, in which they make a meaning that, ‘Many of wealth and children are reasons for troubles’. But that interpretation is wrong.”
Mujaddidu A’azam Mamduh Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “According to the explanations of the ulamaye soo, more assets and more children are reasons for troubles. And to get rid of this, they advice to reduce the number of children and accordingly taking steps too. Now the point is-if for avoiding troubles, one has to reduce children, then he should reduce his wealth as well. Therefore, those who are employees should not accept annual increments; business people should not expand their capital and establishments and farmers should not enhance their incomes, increase lands and housings. Rather they should trim down everything. And doing so, it would be found one day that everything has come to zero.”
Mujaddidu A’azam Mamduh Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “The interpretation that the ulamaye soo have made out of Ayat Shareef number 15 of Sura Taghabun is completely wrong and misleading. The correct version would be, “Your wealth and your children are only a trial”. The wealth could be abundant or scarce. And offspring could be one or ten.”
Mujaddidu A’azam Mamduh Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee further says, “Those ulamaye soo also quote a reference from Hadis Shareef that, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam asked exemption from Jahadul Balah meaning more children and less wealth. Virtually, the correct interpretation of this is that Habeebullah Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam did dua and taught us the right way of making it; that is: He asked for more wealth for the one who has less of it. If anyone has more children but comparatively less wealth, he should do dua to Allah Pak so that his wealth is increased. That Hadis Shareef did not mean adopting birth control. It meant to remain submissive to Allah Pak for all the time and hope for Allah’s benevolence. For example, in some other Hadis Shareef, it has been quoted that, “If you need even a shoe lace, do ask it from Allah”.
Mujaddidu A’azam Mamduh Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee further says, ‘Allah Pak created all the ruh (souls) together at the beginning of the creations (a’azl) and addressed them, “Am I not your Lord?” They replied, “Yes, You Are!” That means all souls were created together; once at a time; not before or after. So, souls those have already been created, must arrive on to this earth; sometimes before or sometimes later. And those (souls) which have not at all been created, no question for them to come down. People see this world progressively, one after another. Therefore, if ruh were all made together and no new creation anymore, then what is the use of adopting birth-controls?”
Mujaddidu A’azam Mamduh Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee further says, “Birth-controls are an international conspiracy through which they scheme to reduce the number of Muslims. Secondly, they finely strive to spoil the characters of the Muslims. Because if the mothers could be spoiled, the children could easily be made preys.”
Mujaddidu A’azam Mamduh Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee further says, “The gist is: if someone thinks he would be in want of food, accommodation and clothing and so adopts birth-control – that would be kufri. Food, accommodation, clothing etc. are the responsibility of Allah Pak. Individual’s wisdom and intellect, even a wife for the husband and husband for the wife are all rizq.”
Mujaddidu A’azam Mamduh Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee concludes, “It would be Fard-Wajib for every Muslim to refrain from family planning or birth control in order to safeguard one’s imaan, aquida and a’amal.”
